This is a note-worthy project performed by our company. As the title says, the building itself is 157 years old and has never undergone a renovation, let alone a complete overhaul. Unlike a new construction, there are always complications when it comes to renovations, which makes them exponentially more difficult to accomplish properly. Images were taken throughout the course of the renovation.
This was an interesting project. Essentially, we started with a house that was almost 100 years old, and had been abandoned for nearly 30 years. It was literally falling apart and collapsing under it's own weight due to the devastation caused by the elements during the years it was abandoned.
This building can be classified as a new construction, since it was entirely rebuilt. The only reason we labeled it "Rebuild", was because the foundation, although completely overhauled, were still original as it showed no signs of any damage or wear.
New construction cold steel framing and sheetrock.
New construction, Walmart Store #4404. Entire package.
Our company was responsible for building Woodforest Bank branches inside various Walmarts in the entire Northeast US. Although, for the most part, most branches look the same, this gallery is comprised of pictures taken throughout various builds and conversions. The projects started at different stages depending on the Walmart, some had "white box" rooms that were ready for our company to start our project while others, for example, had Walmart's "Fun Centers" in them that clearly had to be completely removed before starting.
This Sunoco Gas Station was a 3-bay automobile service garage. It was converted into a convenience store.
This was an old shanty pole building that was converted into a 3-bay mechanic shop complete with radiant heated floors.
